Question Convertible Top Issues

I am currently having issues with my convertible top, I was able to put the top down earlier today however it will not go up. When I hit the switch to put it up the motor doesn't even turn on. If you could give any assistance or offer any suggestions as to what it could be that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm having this same exact problem now. What'd you do to fix it?

Got to ask the easy question...did you engage the emergency brake? On mine, that is a MUST as the first step
