Cool Throttle stop screw.

I have a 2001 V6 with automatic. When driving down the road and I take my foot off the pedal, sometime the engine bogs down kind of like engine breaking with a manual transmission. The car doesn't freely coast. This is not all the time. I don't think my throttle stop screw is set right. Could that be part of the problem? Anyone have the procedure for setting the stop?
