Default Power Steering Pipes

Oh wise forum...

My 94 V6 power steering is leaking at the lower high pressure pipe. I have all new pipes and hoses (Gates brand) to replace everything but the cooler, but the process is not well covered in either my OE Ford service manual or the Chilton book I have. Other than "do not over tighten the fittings", that is. I can't even see the fittings from topside so I assume I have to get to them from below. Will I be able to get to these things with the rack in place, or will I need to unbolt it? The fittings seem to be an odd size. Neither my 17mm 19mm or 11.16 flare wrenches fit. Are they 18mm? I hope not, as I don't have that size.

Any advice from the Wise Men here?

Wow. Lots of looks, no replies. Okay, the job is done anyway. No, you don't need to remove the rack but it might have been easier work if I had removed the nuts holding the rack and moved it forward even a little bit. The fittings are likely 18 mm, but I was able to get some of my older, well used 11/16 wrenches on them. Or it could be my flare wrenches are too tight. You get to them from below. It's not fun but not all that hard either.

Bottom line, job's done.
