Default Breaking in the Engine

I'm going to add an X-pipe + dual flow master 40 series mufflers, and a CAI/Air filter combo to my 2006 V6... should I wait till I break in the engine a little more? (atleast after its first oil change lol) I'm currently at 200 miles.

Also, should I leave the cats alone and just got with an X or H pipe w/dual flowmasters?

I would. Most engines are pre-run. Broken in at the factory. But why take chances? Did you check with Ford to make sure you aren't voiding your warranty. I had to sign a waiver before the shop would install my duals...

None of that stuff would do any diff on how you break in the engine. It all goes on how you drive it. Also the oil you use and how often you do it plays a rolle on engne brake in. do your mods my friend.
