Default Installing Automatic Transmission Filter

I am installing a new AT filter. It doesn't have any bolts holding it in place. Does it just slip in, or do you have to give it a half turn or something?

It just slips in. Just make sure the rubber ring/gasket from the old filter came off.

And take out that plastic plunger

Thanks,
I asked the guys at the auto parts store and that's what they said also. I already have it installed. Word of warning. Don't use the house brand filter and gasket kit at Oreilly's. I did, and a month later it was leaking. Which is why I was changing it this weekend. This time I bought a Motorcraft filter and Felpro gasket.
