Talking How To Do A Burnout?

Someone please teach me to do a mean burnout! I currently have a v6, i know im only going to have one wheel spin because of the diff. I currently have a 5-speed with 195 wide tires. I also have used 275 wide drag radials, that i can put on. Which size would be easier to burnout with? Im aware of bringing up the rpms, poping the clutch and stomping the brakes. Can someone give me detailed instructions? I know, im a noob when it comes to burnouts. I dont plan on doing them much, can someone tell me how to do one without messing up my tranny or rear end?

If you have a stock v-6 I doubt you will even be able to make those D/Rs chirp. That being said step one is as you said raise your RPM's. It works well to one foot the brake and gas pedal. Let the clutch out hard and when they start spinning hold down the brake and the loud pedal and modulate the throttle to keep the rpms up without hitting the rev limiter. Or you could just dump the clutch and move your left foot to the break. Good burnouts take practice.

Keep in mind, dumping the stock clutch is going to hurt it one way or another. None of these things are good for your car but they're fun.

Edit: If what you want is big smoky burnouts, step one is actually increase power above the stock 160hp you have.

Do you have a concept of how much tires cost? Wish I had the money to burn up one tire at a time. But something not pointed out is if you have traction control be sure to turn it off.

i see a bad ending in this...... if you don't know how to do one, you probably shouldn't be attempting it in the first place.. IMHO
