I have a 97 V6 mustang, everytime I push on the gas I hear a clicking sound coming from my glove compartment. Does anyone know what this could be?

 

Pop off the glove box and have a buddy sit in the passenger seat while you reproduce the problem. Shouldn't be too hard to narrow it down.

 

The only thing of conern under the glove compartment is your computer (PCM), so like the previous person said, have someone sit there and see EXACTLY where the sound is coming from. . . . if the computer died on you on the road, it'll cause more trouble than catching it early.
