Possible electrical problems?
My car has been doing some funny stuff, and I have been brushing it off until recently because it is getting more noticeable. I have a V6 manual and it seems to have problems distributing power. Anything you do that uses a considerable amount of juice makes the RPM's drop and the car almost stalls out. It used to to it if I was, for example, coming around a corner in a parking lot and was coasting as I did so with the car in neutral at a low speed, when I turned the wheel and the power steering pump had to kick in you could feel the car shake. It started doing it when you would roll the windows up or down, when you brake sometimes, and now it does it every few seconds while the car idles. Just sitting at a red light in neutral, not doing anything, no movement, no windows moving, not turning the steering wheel, just every few seconds the RPM's will drop and the car will shake like it's trying not to stall. Any ideas as to what this could be?
By the way, it's a brand new alternator and battery. Changed them a month after I got the car.

Sounds like a tune up issue. When i think of RPM fluctuating, i think of spark plugs, wires, and coil (b/c the car fires in order and when it comes to a 'bad' cylinder, the rpm drops and it cycles to the next cylinder.)
dont forget the MAF sensor (please use proper MAF sensor cleaner for it, if you do decide to clean it).
