Look in the upper tool bar here. "Recalls and TSB's". They took a lot of time setting it up. If there is a recall or TSB about it, it will be there.

Then, it's probably not a problem. There are no recalls listed there for my 03. I went to one of my old shops and looked it up on AllData. No recalls on the 03. I would trust them here. They really busted a$$ to give us all the poop on our cars.

I wouldn't worry til it burst into flames. Then the insurance can sort it all out.

Ok. There is one way to find out for sure. It will cost you, but I don't know how much. Go to www.alldata.com and subscribe for your car. You will have ALL recall and TSB info just like you were a shop. It costs a lot less than shops, and the subscription will be for your year/make/model specifically. OR..go to your local library's reference section and ask them if they have TSB's in thier collection. Good luck!

EDIT....
I just checked. It's $24.95 for the first car, and $14.95 for each additional car.

Oh! Scratch my previous statement til you get the full coverage. Until then, call Ford, maybe they could help you out. I would think you would have gotten a letter bout it though.
