Does anyone know where I can get the manual transmission shifter boot with trim ring including the cigarette lighter trim piece? Lighter is not functioning and there does not appear to be any way to replace just the lighter.

 

Ebay is your friend. Late model restoration also sells a nice portion of parts, but you're gonna pay a premium for them as they will be brand new.
