Ok I have a guy in my fraternity that said his grandpa was a mechanic that just closed his shop and gave him some of his equipment and with that equipment was a $6,000 computer that has programs to re-tune any domestic cars ecu and increase hp just like a superchip or anything like that. He said he did it to his grand prix and after a day of tuning got what he thinks is 20 hp. Is there really a computer system like this or does he just not know what he's talking about. I have a '96 V6 mustang if that helps.
