Default need help

I have a 2000 mustang v6 3.8L that wont start. I changed the fuel pump, fuel pump driver module, And prongs that connect to the fuel pump wires. I got the fuel pump relay but it isnt under the seats or in the passenger side fender, there is power going to the fuel pump just not enough to start it and also got new keys made. Any advice?

Did you check the fuse under the hood for the fuel pump relay?

go figure lol. The relay for the fuel pump is a part of the ccrm, and they are known to go bad.
