diferential turns only the right rear wheel.
differential turns both wheels equally when they both have traction and driving in straight line (red light launch)
but, if one tire loses traction all the torque is put on that wheel.
mustangs right side weighs less? or the way engine spins puts more weight on left wheel so right tire breaks easier?
once it breaks, all torque on right wheel

t-lok uses clutch plates to try to keep both wheels turning at same speed. t-loks bad for parking lot tight turns but good for everything else..... until they wear out.

3.27 for 99-04 and a ridiculas 2.73 for the 94-98 and I think 3.55 for the 05-06s. Now that we have burried the t-lok issue 40ft deep, upgrading to larger gears will give you better accelleration, the higher the number, the better the accelleration, but be warned, the higher you go the more top speed you loose, the loss will be slight, so for road use you are ok, but hope you don't try to win a top speed competion on the track.

Also, 3.73 are the number code for the gear size in your rear end, just incase you needed gears 101.

Number code? To clarify it's ring gear teeth divided by pinion gear teeth just in case you needed gears 102

I wouldn't recommend gears 101 as a needed course, but gears 102 definitely helps to clarify a lot of the concepts learned in gears 101.
