Default O2 sensor problem.

i'm getting 0141 and 0161 codes. that's downstream o2 sensors on both sides. Both sensors are new and they are getting batter power and ground. the engine temperature sensor works and has a new connector. I don't know what else to do.

Maybe your catalysts have failed?

Those are O2 heater circuit codes. You said you have 12v at both sensors - next check for 12v at sensor with the sensors connected & check the resistance readings of sensor heaters with wiring harness disconnected. The PCM is detecting a heater circuit fault, because it is affecting more than 1 sensor it is likely a circuit or wiring issue. Search on youtube and you will find a few troubleshooting techniques to help narrow down your problem.
