Anyone know about a radical speedometer that jumps 0-120 then shuts down the motor?

Maybe someone will come by soon. Kinda a slow board these days and Ive never seen this happen myself.

I replaced the speed sensor input and it's still acting irradicl,could it be in the wheel sensor or wire?
