Default How much to fix this dent?

Looking at this mustang on Craigslist right now. It has a dent in the left rear quarter panel. How much would this be to fix? I find rear quarter panels on a car parts website for roughly 300. Is this bolted or welded on? Here is a picture of the dent: https://imgur.com/a/nSW3i

Probably cheaper to replace with used. Got dented down the side of my Trans-Am once and the door alone was about $900. I left the damn dent lol.

I would think if you can get behind that dent most of it could be pulled out.

Good place for a dent.

Shouldn't be too difficult for someone who knows what their doing.

I'm certainly no body work appraiser, but I think that between body work and paint,it has to be at least 800 (for repair, not resectioning).
The quarter panel is a welded on part.It can be cut, resectioned, etc, but I think that it can be worked out without doing that.
