i want to install a 8.8 diff on my 2002 mustang 3.8 with a t5 tranny and wasn't sure if the driveshaft from my 7.5 diff is the right length for a 8.8 . any help is appreciated

 

Measure the length of the T5 to your current trans and measure the length of the two diffs from the pinion to the center of the axle housing. If all are the same, no problem. If not, you will need a new driveshaft.
