will my stock 98 with 118,000 miles take a shot of NOS to it. if so, what is a good kit.

any kit will be good for you if properly installed and tuned. there's peeps on here running untuned shots just fine too. if you've kept your engine well maintained, then nitrous won't be a problem. bickety and someone else on this board put a supercharger on their car with well over 100k miles on it.

Well while the whiskey sounds nice I say make sure you get your engine well tuned and get a tune up and I would go as far as to at least get part of the engine rebuilt, or at least cleaned. Nos is an excellent way to gain hp, but I wouldn't trust it on such an old engine without doing some inital work to the engine, and maintaining it after installation.

and FYI. unless you're talking about the specific nitrous kit NOS, nitrous in general isn't called NOS.

you better run chromoly rings on those pistons or your gonna have some problems shortly down the road, deffinantly put a tune up on her and a engine rebuild would not be a bad idea at all.
