Default weight????

does anybody know the stock weight of an 02 v6 mustang? i looked for it online and couldn't find it, but i'm sure i just overlooked it.

i thin its aroun 3000 maybe 3100 not much more then that the convt. weigh alot more

Yeah its 3200 lbs. the verts weigh close to 3500+

I just tried to look it up and could only find it in kg with was 1391 kg. So if you know the converstion you can figure it out, but I'm not sure what 1kg is equal to in lbs.

well...if there is 454 grams in a pound...convert 1391 kg to grams...then use the conversion...here ill do it for ya....
it is around 3064 lbs....rounding off of course

1391x1000=1391000/454= 3063.whatever the numbers are

alright thanks. i was using that program that tells your quarter mile times depening on h.p. and weight and didn't know what the weight was.

or use 2.2Kg per pound soooo....1391X2.2 = 3060.2

GVWR = 4365lbs
Front GVWR = 2306lbs
Rear GVWR = 2117lbs

Ummmm Booze..that's the total weight the vehicle can be. Including ppl, and luggage/cargo. Not "Dry Weight".
GVWR= Gross Vehicle Weight Rating....

So I can take the passenger weight and subtract it from the GVWR and get my weight?
