Default Still having having pcm problems. New Idea

I have taken the car to to 2 dealerships and 1 locksmith to see if any of them could get the manual pcm to work with my cluster. If you didn’t read my last post my automatic transmission went out on my 99 mustang V6. I decided to swap in a 5 speed manual out of a 2000 V6. I took the 5 speed transmission, the drive shaft, the manual wiring harness, and the pcm out of the manual to swap into my car. Everything about the swap went smooth but I cannot get the pcm to link up to my cluster. Is it possible to swap out the whole pats system, the cluster, the pcm, the pats trandsponder on the ignition, from the 2000 manual into my 99 and just get new keys made? Please let me know. I don’t have the money to go out and buy a brand new tuner to get my auto pcm to work and I have all of the pats parts available to me already. Please let me know if this is possible and is there any other part I would need to make this happen?

Get into the schematics. There has to be a way. Almost anything can be bypassed, even a hard coded speed limiter can be bypassed. If I were you I'd swap out the ecu, the pats, the cluster and use the keys from the other car. should be good to go. No need for expensive gadgetry
