So i bought a 01 V6 Convertable the motor was bad with bad headgaskets. found a guy that had a rebuilt motor with no miles (was rebuild and put in a car with bad computer) bought it and swapped it out. Now she runs and drives great but has a exhaust leak from drivers side. I Have replace the ehaust gasket no change i have tightened the two bolts where the y pipe conects to the manifold as tight as i can. Im thinking that i may have a cracked manifold what do you guys think you hear the sound when she is could of when you acc. if you are crusing at a constant speed or after the car warms up and at a idle you dont hear it
