Default 95 3.8 split port help

I bought a 95 mustang 3.8 already split port swapped now I keep getting told I have to tune it but I’ve seen that people haven’t had too, I’ve replaced the TB, TPS, IAC, reset the idle it’s got 15lbs injectors in it. It runs like garbage on cold start won’t idle and spits and spudders it’s got egr removed not deleted [engine light is on]
Once it warms up it’s drivable
Any ideas? And yes I’ve checked for vac leaks

Well the coil pack isn’t even mounted not that that matters but maybe check the cam synchronizer when they did the swap they might’ve put it in wrong just sounds crazy outta time too me the synchronizer needs too be stabbed a certain way while cylinder one is at t.d.c almost like a distributor you need a special tool it’s like 20 bucks it keeps the little tooth in the synchro from moving from the correct position when installing

Also be sure the coil is correct and wires are installed correctly if your using the coil from a 95 I believe wire placement from coil too plug is different in the 99-04
