I continue to have issues with a 1999 that I got from my mom. The mustang sat for roughly 9 years, besides the sitting the car is very clean with low mileage. I have gone through and done a lot (see attached list). The continuing issue is that it will randomly not fire/start. It drives and runs great, but then randomly it won't start, but then it sits for a while and starts right up.
