Some one broke the passenger window of my mustang! Either some one hates me or some one in my family, some prankster thinks this is fun, or some one hopes to cause so much damage to my car that I'll sell it, or some one is mad that they couldn't find a parking spot. I seriously want to wait in the night with a base ball bat and beat the living crap out of who ever is doing this.
I like the coil idea, but I won't be able to apply it for a couple of reasons.
1) If some one bumps in to my Mustang and they can't get free, they could die. Then I could get in DEEP trouble.
2) I can't see my car from my house thus if an alarm went off:

I don't want to sell my car, but I can't afford this. If I put signs on my window saying this car is protected by a coil thing or whatever, do you think the local police would be ok with it?

that sux dude! do you have a dog? I have a Rot, and for some reason, every morning when my neigbor goes out to get his paper (which is kinda close to my car) he just stands in front of my car and growls at him, good thing we have the electric fence lol. he always pisses on my car too, I hate that, right on the friggin chromies. [:@] the coil is a good idea if you have your own driveway, and no one else should be going in that direction anyway, but yea if someone grazes up against it, there done.

lol, yall have some funny stories but yea i just had an amp ripped off my back seat and stolen like 2 weeks ago..they went in threw the part right above my drivers side window cuz the interior part there was all ripped, they musta pulled the window back some and jammed a wire hanger through or some bull**** but i didnt notice for a couple days cuz i have my speakers out but still had my amp in there,damnit...but that coil would be a badass idea lol..i had my pony side emblems stolen probably about 3 months ago in abig city but im 19 i know some people that know some people that rob some people so i got some replacements...that doesnt solve anything but i was like fk it i was pissed so yea, sorry if u got ur ponies stolen couple months ago lol

Get a piece of chalk and some red paint. Where you park your car, use the chalk to make a body outline..and the red paint for ...you know. heheheyhehehehe

I wish I knew exactly how to set up the coil, I have heard of this idea before and I LOVE IT!! If you think about it, if someone grazes your car they wont make direct contact so unless they are touching your car with a part of there body and not just shirt they would be fine... The only shi**er of the idea is if you forgot to shut off your alarm one day or thought you did and you grab the handle YOUCH!! or there is always the gf who is ansy to get in the car cuz it is cold out... I think I would hear bout that one for a year or so!
