supercoupe supercharger
it takes tooo much work to do i had been looking into doing it not worth it just buy a vortech or a procharger be a hell of a lot cheaper install on the supercoupe parts they are cheap but its the labor that will cost you its not something that your semi-mechanically skilled can just slap on.

LOTS of work...this has been a big topic. I have a friend that did it and took LOTS of work....better to buy a new s/c

Whats with all this negitivity?
This is a GREAT idea!
I've started this exact project with my 2001 mustang and don't think it's that big of a deal.
And my stang has split-port heads adding a lot of extra labor... but I know it'll be worth it!
The roots blower looks MUCH better then one that bolts on the front of the engine and it puts out 12 to 15 psi.
Last week a picked up a supercoupe engine (in parts) for $150... So now I got the M90 blower, and most of the hardware needed to get'r started.
Because the blower bolts to the lower intake, and the SC has single port heads, I'll be cutting the top off my lower intake (gutting it out) and welding the top of the supercoup intake to it.
There's a good thread on the a supercoupe form (http://www.sccoa.com/forums/showthre...ight=splitport)

how long you think it's gonna take? autobadges is mainly talking about the hours and research involved. $1000 in parts really isn't as bad, but if it takes like a month of your time, why bother? might as have pieced together and fabricated your own turbo at that point.

You can bolt the stock supercoupe intake+blower directly onto your engine. The blower is driven be an independent belt, so you'll need several other components to support it, but they would all be found on the thunderbird supercoupe.
