eibach sportline vs pro kit
I am going to be getting one or the other. The question I have about the sportline is will caster camber plates be a MUST? Don't say I will need them, i need to know if I MUST have them. Also I already have 18" tires, and will be installing my body kit in the next 2 weeks. If I go with the sportline for the extra drop will I experience any trouble with tire rub and how much clearance will I have after I put my body kit on? Also I have read that sportlines sometimes lower the back more than the front or they are uneven. Is this true? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Rule of thumb is, if you lower it more than 1.5", you WILL need the camber plates to align the front end. But they're not that expensive, and install is no big deal. They have to take the braring plate off to install the springs, and the camber plates take the place of the bearing plates.
And I see no problems as far as any rubbing issues with the 18's.
EDIT...don't expect a rapid response to very much tonite. it is Thanksgiving afterall...

I know.....I'm just bored....lol.
Are you aware of problems as far as the rear lowering more than the front or not sitting straight? I read some reviews and saw a few that said it happened with the sportlines. I will probably wait until I get the body kit on and see how it looks. I may not even bother with getting springs......

The prokit lowers it about 1.5" ALL around evenly. Have those on my 95 and know that for a fact.
The sportlines lowers vehicle 1.75' to 2.25' so you have a lot of room to lower on those...but you WILL in fact need CC plates if you get ANY of those 2.
Again...we can get them BOTH for you and hopefully work you a better deal for the package

No matter how "professionally" installed you get it....they cannot adjust the alignment properly w/o the cc plates...its impossible. You may not THINK you need it...but after a while you will see how your tires wear out on ONE SIDE while the other side stays NEW and its going to **** you off knowing you wasted new tires bc you didn't think you needed cc plates. Believe me my brother got them "professionally" installed with the same mentality on his 95GT...after months the inside of his tires started showing the WIRES of the tire while the middle and outside were still BRAND NEW...pissed him off. Guess what he did after he bought new tires....yup, got some CC plates from me.
