Default BODY KIT????

Ok I just got my body kit in from mrbodykit.com, while the website said this kit was urethane, it looks a hell of a lot like fiberglass to me. If it is I WILL be sending it back immediately!!! I thought urethane wasn't flexible at all??? Am I wrong???? What is the difference??? Maybe I am wrong but it sure seems to be fiberglass to me....HELP!!!!!

Wait I had them reversed, Urethans is the flexible one, but I thought urethane body kits were black? This kit is grey which is the same color as the fiberglass kits....I'm confused......[sm=dontgetit.gif]

well it is the razzi body kit. but if it is fiberglass it will be getting sent back. I contacted them already. they are supposed to get back with me.....I didnt pay 700 bucks for a cheap kit.....I'll try to get pics of it when I get home, at the parents house at the moment. Is there any REAL way to know if its urethane or fiberglass??? It is real flexible, but really light. I though urethane was heavier material? I'm just pissed until I know for sure if it's the right kit....!!!!!

Fiberglass is heavier, and not nearly as flexible as Urethane. Sounds like you got the Urethane kit.

If his car is a 99-04 then it is about a 1/4 of the way down on this page and it has a yello stang featured just below the projector headlights http://www.mrbodykit.com/bodykits/99mustang.htm

Personally I dont liek the rear bumper and I am not to sure of the rest of the kit either but that is what makes the world go round...

Well it's different, and I want something that stands out. Already got V6'ers around here with the saleen and roush kits. I wanted to do something a little different rather than just what everyone else was doing. My car is a 2003 by the way.

Only reason I was confused was I thought the urethane kits were black material. I have never seen grey urethane kits, but if I'm wrong I'm wrong. I was just surprised when I opened it I guess because it wasn't what I expected urethane to look like. Now I just gotta see if it will fit good with my custom exhaust or if more mods will be needed. He said sometimes it does and other it may be off an inch or so. No biggie if it's off. I knew going in so at least it's not a surprise......

actually, for the record, razzi makes their kits out of what they call "aero-flex" material....What that means exactly is beyond me.....anyone else know????
