With my Chrome rims, is soap and water ok to clean them with?..im buying some special chrome stuff but in the mean time just wondering if soap and water is ok.

I use soap and water, but if you like, use Mothers Chrome Polish. You can get it at most parts stores.

exactly, it is best to wash them off completely with soap and water, then use a special polish. However, i have polished on the stang and i used the Mr. Clean wheel magic earasers, best thing i have ever used before, got out some stains that were on the rims as well. 1 does all 4 wheels and then some, best $5 ive ever spent for 4 of them

Hmmm..and you say it works wonders? Now I should be able to get this like at Kragen/Autozone/Pepboys right? Or do I have to order it?

Well Wal-Mart is almost NON existent in CA...I went to PepBoys today and didn't find it dag gone it!!

Is it around the same price then it would be to order it?
