Have any of you guys used black magic interior detailer? you know the stuff you put on the dash... Nothing so far seems to work all that great and my dash is getting "dryish". Not quite dry, but isn't looking better.

 

Don't know, I've never used it, I reccommend aromor all ultra shine, it will put a brilliant shine back into your car, but beware, a clean interior loves to attract dust.

 

I used to use armor all but then I heard a lot of bad things about the petroleum base causing your dash to dry if you don't use it consistently or something to that extent.

 

That is true.If you stop using it, the dash will crack!

 

yeah, don't use armorall. use mother's or macguires stuff. I like the dull shine stuff, it makes it look clean, but not shiny. and armor all leaves it so goddamn shiny that the glare from my dashboard makes it a pain in the *** to drive.

 

will maquirs cause the dash to crack if you slack off a while? what about turtle wax 2001 er something? I noticed my dash has small cracks/nicks alread!!!!!!!!!!!!![:@]

 

As redass said, Mother's or Maguires are some of the best things.

Was that a threat against your life?[8D] I would get maguir's but WalMart doesn't carry the detailer...d@mn WalMart. And I'm too lazy to go to checker's.

 

i have always used black magic stuff, but never the dash shine...i use armor all wipes, and do so all the time...i hear alot about the "cracking dash", but has anyone ever had this happen to them?

 

Yes. In my 70 302, I ruined the dash pad cus I got lazy and stopped using the armorall...[:@]
