When I was the GM of a bunch of shops, I called Ford and asked them if 5w20 was required. They said they didn't care as long as oil changes were done on time. 80k miles...I'd go with either the 5w20, or 10w30. Depending on the climate. The 5w20, or 5w30 is better in cold climates. 10w30 is kind of a universal climate oil. Unless you are using an inordinate amount of oil, I wouldn't go with 10w40.
And, please watch the language..this is a family site.

use 5-20 unless you are burning a lot of oil.

The choice is yours. If you use dyno oil, just be sure to change the oil every 3000 miles or so. Personally, I use 5w20 Mobil1. And I change it every 5000 miles. And regular 5w20 is just fine. My only caviat is, stay away from parafin based oils, like Penzoil. They tend to leave sludgy deposits.

EDIT...
Oh, and I have 50,000 miles on mine. And she uses almost no oil. Haven't had to add any yet.
