it kinda goes behind the crank pulley itself...the 99-00 have one type of balancer...the 01-04 had another type/style

I'm thinking about getting UD's for my mustang. I was wondering if I can install them myself, or if I need to take it somewhere. And also, how much HP does the crank pulley add?

Pulleys don't add any HP. They TRANSFER HP. 42% transfer's around 8-10 RWHP.
