the M-90 on a stock 98 engine will put out about 200rwhp and about 300ftlbs of torque

the roots builds a ton of torque compared to the vortech or procharger

the M-90 with ported heads and ported M-90 intake with a nice 214/224 RPM cam will put out roughly 260rwhp and about 350-360rwtq

there are a couple of guy's at 3.8 mustang running them on relatively stock engines putting out over 300ftlbs one is only making 175rwhp but still 300+ftlbs

i do agree with you on a mail order tune. justin gets the tune close but will advise you to have it dyno tuned

his package for $4100 includes a SCT Big air MAF and 42lbinjectors and i believe a 255lph pump

This reminds me why I don't post here... I do not have a scanned dyno sheet. If you want to argue numbers... Here's a guy who has a similiar setups Dyno Sheet. http://www.v6power.net/forum/viewtop...446&highlight=

And here are the numbers for a STOCK SUPERCOUPE. Factory #'s are 210/315. Note: Stock Supercoupes have an extremely restrictive exhaust and lower compression etc, etc.

Slightly different setups, I am using stock parts+ slight porting to intake, cleaned up some casting etc, dual exhaust, cai, and a high CFM fan on the intercooler, race fuel for my tune. 30K on the motor.

He uses, a 10% OD pulley, 80MM MAF, and 70MM TB.

Roots blowers are torque monsters.

My mustang starts off with 145 Flywheel HP from the factory.
145 - 17% drivetrain loss = ~120RWHP +- a few.

120+100=220RWHP.(I peaked at 229 with a Semi Aggressive tune on race gas)

340 RWTQ... How in the hell can you say "get serious" I am an owner of such a setup... You are not. You get serious.

There is really no point to be made here, it looks like the poster of this thread owns a 99+ right? The M90 lower intake will not bolt up to the Split Port heads.

I stand corrected then. The m90 produces MASSIVE TQ....but in the long run I don't think its worth the HP numbers you get....but I stand corrected once again.

Yeah, the HP is not that great, but a 100 ponies is a 100 ponies, and for ~$700 I can't complain.

Well 100hp IS ACTUALLY GOOD...but not for the tons of modifications needed....just bolt on a vortech..but that tq is TO DIE FOR!!! MY GOODNESS!!!

Agreed. 100HP is not worth the long hours needed to modify everything. If I were to do it again, I would DEFINATELY do an enitre motor swap from a donor car. But I got to learn a ton about my motor in having to modify everything. Now I just need some badges...

if you don't have a scanner and want to post a pic of something you can always take a pic of it with a digital camera and size it down correctly with MS paint and upload the image to www.mustangmods.com

that's what i do.

that M-90 of yours has got to slam you in the seat with that torque. ever think about swapping in M-112 rotors in your M-90 case? i don't know much about it but i heard it can be done and will give a pretty good increase in power as will the kit from www.magnumpowers.com their power package #1 would probably give you 300+rwhp and close to 400ftlbs on your stock engine
