2 weeks ago i bought 1 of the front ones from auto zone and put on car then this week i bought one of the rear ones ............now when i look at the box that they came in the numbers are the same .the old one have little tabs on them so you cant put the front in the rear.
but the new rear one has no tab so you could put it in the front or the rear ?
I think the person at auto zone cut the tab,s off..............so they could make a sale .

 

Easy way to find out. Call 2 diferent parts stores, and ask them for the part numbers. You have to remember something. Aftermarket parts are multi-functional. They sometimes make the parts to fit several applications, wheras the dealer/manufacturer uses specific application parts.
