Which wheel locks up? It's important. The V6's came with an open dif, sending the power to the right rear wheel when load is applied. If that's the one locking up, the dif carrier may be bad. If so, no sweat. Change the carrier over to a T-Lok, and add some nice 4.10 gears. Beware of the cost tho. With the parts, labor, and tuner needed to recal the speedo, you're looking around a grand to do it.

both wheels will lock at once as if u hit brakes and after a second the passenger wheel will start to move backwards if u take the car out of gear and try to move again it will do the same thing again. after the lock up they will unlock if put car in reverse or another gear and try again.

You said you jacked the car up, and one wheel was locking up. Either way, it sounds like the dif is the problem.

Might have a broken or disconnected rod in the door lock mechanism. You gotta take the door panel off to see what's up there. My bet is a disconnected rod. They are connected with little plastic clips that break easily.

~EDIT~
As far as the rear end, normally when you have the rear end in the air and spin one tire, the other will spin in the opposite direction. That's how you can tell for sure if a car has an open dif, or one-legger as we call it. I give you a 95% chance, that if you change the carrier over to a T-Lok, the problem will disappear.

hey i just fixed it!!!! before when jacked the rear up i just looked at the tires to see how they act well i looked udder there and seen that the whole exhaust is welded into one piece and it was crossed over the driveshaft and was putting tension on the shaft so i unhooked the pipes and now it doesnt do it at all. hard to believe something that lil and stupid huh? the guy even tried to weld a piece of pipe to the manifold. u cant weld to cast iron!!

Why would they put a possi in a 4 banger? It don't make sense unless it's a turbo setup!
I cant tell if he has a 4 or a 6 anyway. He needs to do a sig!
