Well that really depends on what you want, but if you have to do long communtes then the trend seems to be 3.73s, but if you are just doing around town commutes then 4.10s it is, now a lot of people say there is only a slight bit of difference between gas consumption, but a handful of people will beg to differ, so that is something you may want to consider, but all in all, 4.10s shouldn't consume anymore then 1 mpg more then 3.73s, which will eat up about 1 mpg more then stock, so either way you go you're going to take a hit, but boy will you wake that bayby up.

Go with 4.10's. I live in Eureka, and go to the Bay Area a lot. I still manage to average 23 mpg. I wish guys would stop worrying about 1 or 2 mpg. The 4.10's will really wake your ride up a LOT!

01 v6 = 190 hp

and shud i get 4.10 or 3.75's theres alot of debate on those gears for stickshift car
there 3.73s, and go with 4.10s, hell i want to get 4.30s but i dont really wanna pay to have a 8.8" rear put in.
