Hey guys as you can see in my sig,my stang is dark blue,what color rims would look good on my color car? I was thinking maybe like a gunsmoke or just chrome,black I think wouldnt match at all,but I would like to have a bigger size as in like 18x9 or something. I love that look,well let me know what ya think,thanks guys.

I think the 18s would be sweet. I'm considering 18s as well. As long as they don't cause problems or rubbing or anything.

Are you going with an 18x9 and 18x10 combo or one size all around?

 

i love the chrome billet style rims on dark blue. As far as size, the bigger the rim on a v6 the more acceleration it hogs id go with the 17's.

 

I say some 17x8 up front and some 17x10.5 out in the back. Run a 245/45 series and 315/35 series so it will make the rears look even bigger.

 

Some rims don't come in the 17x8 though, he might have to go 17x9 on the front.

Would 18s be too much for a v6? Especially if you plan to lower a tiny bit in the future? I really like the look of those 18s... but if it's gonna hurt me more than help, I guess I'll go with 17s.
