I'm guessing because we have pushrods the cam is harder to get to?

Yup. The cam is in the center of the block, wheras in a OHC setup, the cams are in the heads. And a LOT easier to play with.

Hey john, I do know what I'm talking about, its just I had the name wrong, so sue me, and secondly, I even told him to get a shop to do it, its not like I said, hey, a cam is no problem, do it yourself, I just made a simple post, and I got a part name screwed up, and I even let Harv answer his question in full. And yea, an overhead cam would most deffinitly be easier to work with, but its still no walk in the park.

What are you talking aboot? I can swap a set of cams on a 4.6 in aboot 2 hours! It's a BREEEEEEEZE!

Yea, that's because your so talented, a normal person would probably have a real fun old time, come on Harv, installing a tranny is probably a breeze for you.

That would take a little work. But we did fit a Datsun engine into my buddy's Vega once. THAT was FUN! NOT![:@]
