How much work would it take to install a dry shot nos system into a stang....i was thinking about it, and yes i know ill probably shot my pistons through the roof, but i plan on getting a new engine in a few years, so i just want to have fun, and stop losing races to 4 banging rice rockets[:@]

Get a 75 shot. It will be fine with your engine. Not hard to install at all. Just follow the directions.
