I am wanting to add the vinyl letter insert(mustang) in the bumpber on my mineral gray.. can someone give me some advice on what color to go with. I was thinking black inserts..... I am just starting to do some exterior improvments, and wasnt' sure what color to go with..... I am also looking in to getting some 17 inch rims and tires.... Any suggestions would be wonderful....

 

go with stainless steel inserts- looks good on any color. and its more shiney[8D]


and for rims, you cant go wrong with bullitts. but then it seems like tons of people have those...take a look around, see what you like. post it here so we can tell ya what we think

 

I like the black better. I think the Chrome ones look kinda' ricey.

 

Id say it depends on what color scheme your goin for. If your going to have a lot of black accents, go with the black; else if your going with a lot of chrome accents get the stainless ones. It all depends on your plans. Else everything will look out of place once finished.

 

On a silver car I would go with black.

On mineral grey I would go with black, due to the contrast. The stainless tends to look wierd at certain angles due to the reflection.

I'm actually gonna mold out the lettering all together lol.
