the first one will work fine, a lil harder to install with out the tool but its no biggy
u will also need some new screws/christmas tree pins

ebay all the way, i dont see how an ebay cai is any diffrent then a mac or otehr brands, my buddy has a ebay cai on his honda and it flows just like other peoples expensive crap. if it all goes into the wheel well or what not then there is no diffrence, maybe the accuall filter, but the other stuff is close to the same material.... right
