They dont look great. My friend has some APC ones and painted them. They are on his BLACK mustang and they look way to small and skinny to put on the body of a mustang.....and look ricey on there. Here are options I would give you:

1. Paint your stock mirrors
2. Get cobra mirrors and paint them
3. Paint your stock mirrors and add the directional arrow blinker mirror (those are cool)

 

I wouldn't put them on my car

 

i have seen them on a ranger and they were pealing, thats what stoped me from buying them. so just remove the old paint if u get them.
