Default HID's installed!

Welli finally installed my 6000k HID's from "supertvec" on ebay who came highly recommended by another 3.8 site. All i can say is wow... If any of you are on the fence about these, just get them! And for only $80 shipped they were a great value...

Time to get the matching fogs...

Fogs were bought at vmptuning.com and i got the clear set which i think makes them look even better!

Quick question, the seller does not have kits for 899 fog lights. A search on the site is showing #'s 880 and893 are the same bulbs, is this true?

HID's are obnoxious. They're WAY to bright. Ricer mod, IMO.

hpwrestler: according to sylvania the fogs are 899, stangmods kit are 893 so i guess they'll work, but i believe tokyo said they could also use 880. I'm waiting on the seller to respond to see if he can get a 899 kit, or if one of his others would be ok. There is a 1 year warranty on bulbs and ballast.
verado:hers the link to my auction. Just noticed his ebay store name is HID direct, thats why it didn't come up in a search probably... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...74211&rd=1
xemeth: to each their own, i love them and would never go back...

well people can always get projectors and do it the right way.. its not ricer when it comes stock on many newer cars (even thoughthe newer cars have the projector headlights to help contain the beam)... you're just jealous bc you dont have enough money to buy them [8D]

and they are not way too bright. well actually they are but whotfcares considering half the cars on the road already blind me. especially trucks and suvs. F*ck them. until i get pulled over idc and even then i still wont care
