Hey 03, My body kit came from Ground Designs 2000. This isn't an eBay replica buddy. 2nd you may agree with the kit or disagree with it, thats fine by me. At least I know when I get into it that a.) I'm not gonna get left buy a 2006 si with I/E and b.) that guy in the 2006 si will know he got beat buy a mustang, and doesn't think he just beat a poser cobra.

Edit:
cobra emblems on a v6 makes you no better than the grocery getter pos sohc civic with vtech/typeR emblems.

lol Isn't this fun.

I am not trying to hate at all. People misunderstand what I have to say. Either purposefully or because I suck at explaining what I am trying to say. lol I am just stating my opinion, maybe more bluntly than most people would like but my opinion never-the-less.

I don't like the idea of someone labeling there car something that it isn't.
i.e. 03sixbanger labeling his car a Cobra when it is clearly a 6.
The problem that I have with it is when you race someone and they beat you, they think that they have raced and beaten a Cobra. If they know the difference between your car and a Cobra then they will lose a little bit of respect for the Mustang community because they will start to assume that all Mustang guys label their cars as something that they aren't. That is my major problem with badging.

Respect is everything, how you carry yourself and show yourself to others whether it be a date or a job interview is based on respect. How you respond and react to the choices and actions of others is based on your respect for them and yourself. Im assuming you probably blaze considering you avatar and name, would you ever sell or buy form sombody you dont respect?

Most Import people that I know, that are truly into cars not 'ricers', know more about most cars than anyone else. They seem to know more because they have a lot more advanced engines in their cars than we do and they also are used to doing a lot more custom work to their cars than we are used to as well. That is just my experience regarding people who are into cars. I also know a lot of dumbass people who think that they are into cars and know everything about everyone else's cars.

People that are into Euro cars seem to know just about everything you could ever want to know about any type of car. lol

Yes i agree but i dont see them able to spot the difference when it comes to lets say a V6 vs a GT if the v6 has a gt bumper and duels they cant tell i mean ik to look for the hood the side scoops then you have to listen to the engine

My buddy is a big Import guy check his car out just made MODIFIED MAGs article this month http://www.modified.com/modifiedmag/...agpreview.html

His is the IS300 Fully decked out Turbo setup you name it sparco seats all that ****

BUT he dose not know much about american motors or how to spot diffrence

Thats at Least around here in good old Wisconsin

Even the 'dumbest ricer' can pull this off:

Dumb ricer:
Races 3.8L mustang with a few mods
Sees COBRA emblem
Beats 3.8L mustang
post on Forum how they put 3cars on a cobra.

Works the other way too

v6 stang owner.
Races a non type R integra
sees type R emblems
beats type R
post on forum how they put 3cars on a teg type R

Now you have cobra guys on a forum arguing because a grocery getting civic wont touch a cobra.
And you have typeR guys on a forum arguing because a 3.8L mustang won't beat a typeR teg
