just got back from the drive in. a guy asked me about my car. asked if it was a 5.0 or v6 (lol). told him it was v6 and was modding it and whatnot and he asked what i did and replied with my short list of stuff done to it. funny he asked if it was a 5.0, im not going to call him dumb, but it shows that the newer mustangs are getting attention of the general public, which i think is a good thing. bring on the muscle car wars!!!

 

I had a couple old guys ask me about my car when I was taking a First Aid course the other week. They were all oogly eyed over the rims/tires(dont know why) and the "amazing" paint. Then they commented on the difference in size of the brakes... which I told them I would have ones close to the same size in the rear but I cant find the brackets needed.

 

Yeah I've been asked once or twice if my car was a 5.0, and I have the 3.8 badges on the side haha.

 

Anyone who asks me, I tell them "No. I don't like slow cars."

Im always asked if mine is a GT or 01 cobra eventho I have the 3.8 emblem on my trunk panel (soon to come off).

update on a recent purchase......I got a factory GT hood scoop soon to go on my car.
