Hey guys...does anyone know what to do with old rims? Can I take them to a recycling center or anything?

Id hang onto them if you have room, in case you ever need them. think if you get a flat, or tires go bald until you get new ones..

What i am going to do with my old rims when i get new ones is put winter tires on them. That way in the winter i can use my old rims w/ blizzaks and in the summer have my new rims w/normal tires on. That way the salt and sand wont scuff up my nice new rims. But i see you're in florida, i dont imagine you see much snow :P

Yeah...no snow here. The problem is that I've got a set of Chrome Cobra's that were kinda chewed up and given to me for free a few years ago but now two of the rims are bent and when I put tires on them the air doesn't hold. The other set is the stock rims that she came with. I'm missing the lug covers on two of the stockers. I don't have the room to store them anymore and they're not worth selling. I can't even find anyone to give them to...not that I've tried that hard. Looks like I'll be taking a late night trip in the dark to throw them in the dumpster which is what I was trying to avoid 'cuz I'm pretty damn lazy...and I live on the 3rd floor...and the dumpster is LITTERALLY A quarter mile away.

Take them to a recycling center. Most palces will pay you for the aluminum, which will give you some, not much, all important mod money.

If you want to give them away and can hang on to them for a couple of weeks I'll come get them. I live in NC but travel to florida frequently and could just pick them up. I need a set of stockers, I've only got 2 right now and they are my spares but I'm looking for another set to put slicks and skinnys on.
