when you do swap the 4.3L , two things I would do.

1.) swap out for a good turbo if you plan on running 15psi
2.) make the downpipe off the turbo bigger

I will be upgrading the turbo after a year or so. No plans on 15 for a lil while. The downpipe is about to have a massive overhaul after it is on but is plenty big enough as it is.

What size is it? Maybe the pics make it look smaller than it is.

It is 3" and the turbo out let is only 2.5"

Inside the lower intake manifold there are these things, are they for the EGR and can I delete them out for better flow.

That is what I asked, I have seen on some forums independent members were doing it but I am not part of those and was wondering if anybody knew them on this forum. Otherwise I will just bring it to the local machine shop and see how much they will do it for. cuz for one i don't have the right welder for this job and I don't care to site around with a dremel.

SSM sells lowers with them removed. Hiposilver on V6P sells them from time to time as well and could probably do it for a price.
