Default A little update

Getting some new stuff soon (well before summer) just a little update nothing crazy. First on the list is vap intake spacer. Then 8.8 rear end swap and some fresh isolators while the suspension is out. Once the rear is done onto the front, maximummotorsports front coil-over conversion. Reusing my tokico blues but obviously new springs. I was thinking of a spring rate of around 200-250 after talking to them. Nothing looking for a race car maybe auto-x next summer mostly comfort and handling. Then I think I'm going to go with 3.73's in rear, still debating 3.90's but probably not. Anyway just thought I would share with you guys as a little update. Pretty excited for the coil-overs and rear/gears After some lca's and fresh rubber any idea what I might be looking at for a 1/4 time. I plan on getting to the track next summer to find out.

Good set-up!

Well you're an auto right? So i would say low 15's possibly with the gears and nice suspension setup. Might be better tho......

Yeah auto. I'm hoping for 15's in general as it's my first time to the track. Might throw it on the dyno for a pull or two just for fun to see what I'm making. I'm going to hold off on a dyno tune until I get p&p upper/lower and lt's, just to see if I squeeze out a little extra power. I had to decide between the coil-over conversion or gears, ones going to have to wait till spring. I'm thinking suspension first, then gears later on.

I would hold off on gears if your putting in a 8.8. Itll be enough of a difference already.

New bbk isolators in the rear cause the old ones are shot. No isolators with co's. But i'm going with them because its a better ride and still really good if not better handling. I like the stance too I don't think I'll change it, thats the beauty of coil-overs, I can adjust it where I want it when I want it.
