Is it possible. I was up at a car wash talking to a buddy of mine and a guy came up to me asking about my car yadda yadda. He asked me how much I'm putting down i told him roughly 230whp, (stock 04 gt) and he tells me he has 300whp out of his 3.8

The mods he told me are:

Full exhaust
Intake
Tune
Pistons&Rods
Heads

(no cams)

Is this possible?

didn't make NEARLY THAT.....NOT EVEN CLOSE

 

I didn't think so but I know nothing in regards to the v6's in these cars.

Yeah typically the "average" H/C/I 3.8 will make about 230whp.....your 4.3's will make around 240whp and more tq than the 3.8 .......highest N/A essix block v6 i've seen is 248/246 whp/wtq
and it was a 4.3 stoker motor.
