Default Blinker fluid

Is your blinker fluid is topped off?

Start up ticking is frequently caused by lifters that have bleed down during shut down. It is considered normal for some cars. No action is required. The ticking should stop in a minute or so. An engine flush may improve start up ticking but there are dangers associated w/ flush. Recommend living with this issue or else you will have to educate yourself on this topic.

Cracked manifold can sound like ticking lifters. Crack may close when up to temp and reduce ticking noise.

I would guess its the exhaust manifolds. The single ports are notorious for head gaskets blowing out, the split ports have well designed but thin exhaust manifolds. Mine have cracked a few different times, and each time it happened I thought I developed a lifter tick from hell.

lol but the tick isnt SO bad. id say it lasts like 15 seconds. its gone once its warmed up. i think it'll be gone when i fix the manifold. but i know its a super common problem with these so im not THAT worried. just a bit anooyed
