Personally I think these cars are pretty peppy stock or with minimal bolt ons. Ive also never drove a V8 so I have nothing to compare it to.

My FX4 seems like its more of a slouch than the sixxer. But I know the FX4 is faster since I raced some punk on the highway last year.

I have driven a few New Edge GT's and Mach's and Cobra's and S197's.

The V6 is very nible for what it is, a built six will handle better than any V8 counterpart and for me, handling is half of the fun.

Yea, but i like the style abit better as well, plus i have the two projects in the works as well both v8s, so the 4.0 is the daily till i get the others up to snuff

Being that my sixxer is my first car it has plenty of horsepower for what it is, now everyone always wants more of course (me included) which is why im tryin to decide what i want to do in the long run..do some small mods and save up for a v8 later on down the road, or just make my sixxer as quick as i can...tough decision

if its a automatic and you had a rolling start you couldve been in 2nd, 3, or 4th.

i was racing a friend, i had a 09 toyota highlander AWD v6 with a sequential shifter and my friend had a 07-08 lexus SUV v8 AWD

i didnt use the shifter and i did 0-30 in like 5 secs lol dropped it into 2nd and i blew past him lol.

those accords are peppy though the v6s are at least.

if you think your story is embarrassing my mustang pulled a nutless wonder earlier this year, me and a friend were drag racing, he had a ****ING PRIUS and he beat my 67 mustang with a 289 LOL take about needing a tune up

a prius has like 97hp mine SHOULD have 200, but being 45 years old with no rebuild coudlve shaved off a bunch of horses.

I admit my 98 is sickeningly slow. But it travels 80 miles every workday without a wimper. yes its slow but a good powerplant. If you want fast go F/I.
